Die neue Gebührenverordnung des SchKG tritt in Kraft. Insbesondere wurde der umstrittene Art. 41 Geb-V SchKG revidiert. Selbstverständlich führt diese Änderung bei unseren Gebühren zu entsprechenden Senkungen.
